Join us for our 5th Annual CrossFit Somers College Football Throwdown on Saturday October 2018! This competition is in honor of “Gram”, Natalie Loccisano, and a fundraiser for Pancreatic Cancer. Proceeds will be going to The Lustgarten Foundation.

New movements will be introduced into this competition, similar to years in the past. We suggest you train for the unexpected. This is a male/female, 2 person partner competition. You can choose between RX, Intermediate or Masters 35+ division. Teams are to choose which college football team they’d like to represent. All divisions will compete in 3 WODs, with the top 3 teams moving into a final WOD.

The entry fee is $130.00 per team. Check in will be at 8:00 am. Rules and Regulations will begin at 8:30 am. WOD 1 will begin at 9:00 am.

For time:  Get thru the speed clean and jerk ladder.  One time thru.  You get two attempts at each weight if needed. Fastest team thru wins, your time is when both your teammates are thru ladder

SO PARTNER A DOES ALL THE THRUSTERS AND PARTNER B DOES ALL THE PULL-UPS FOR FRAN, THEN FOR DIANE PARTNER B IS ON THE BAR FOR ALL DEADLIFTS AND PARTNER A IS ON THE GYMNASTIC AND DOES ALL THE HSPU. SO SWITCHING MID-WOD AND ONE ATHLETE WORKS AT A TIME.  CHOOSE WISELY
